Leading Sapient Nitro’s as Creative Team as Associate UX Director covering UX and UI on the family of Nat West and RBS apps in 2014. The Windows Phone apps were used a test bed for new branding and had a more pronounced visual style than the iOS and Android apps.
Revised flow of documentation between Sapient and the Development Teams at RBS, implementing Atomic Design Patterns allowing for Global Type styles, colours and alignments while implementing a rebrand. Also implemented new features such as creating and viewing Direct Debits and Standing Orders in addition to UK banking standard PayM and TV advertised features such as Get Cash.
